Existing data

A failed request does not automatically delete project releases, user accounts or signing keys. Do not overwrite the data directory while diagnosing an outage.

Publishing safety

If signing or encryption keys are unavailable, publishing should stop. Never silently rotate or replace signing identities.

Recovery

Check START-PACKCDN.cmd, storage permissions and the server's last error. Retry only after the underlying service is responsive.
